Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1 pound)
  • 1/4 teaspoon MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC SALTOPIA Infused Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon SUGAR SHACK SALTOPIA infused sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°. If you don’t have a large enough skillet to fit your tenderloin whole, feel free to cut it in half for this quick process. Sprinkle MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC & SUGAR SHACK over the tenderloin evenly. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown pork on all sides. Transfer your pork loin to a baking pan and roast until a thermometer reads 145°, which should be roughly 12-15 minutes for a pork loin this size.

As the pork loin roasts, go back to your skillet and add the apple cider & syrup, stirring regularly on medium heat. Cook the liquid, uncovered, until mixture is reduced to a glaze consistency for about 5 minutes. Be careful to not overcook the glaze or allow it to bubble over the skillet. Remove pork from oven, slice it and finish with the glaze before serving. This is an excellent flavor for fall!
