I was intrigued when I saw this product. I’d never tried black garlic so I ordered it. I absolutely love the flavor. It almost has a mild sweetness to it., not like sugar, but more like the sweetness of caramelized onions. Only it’s garlic flavor. I’ve used it in salads, on raw and cooked vegetables and beef roast so far. Really good!

I have never had black garlic, which is one of the reasons I wanted to try this. I opened it up right away, (I'm not one of those people that saves things just because I have something else open;⁠). I haven't tried it on food yet, only by hand, but I'm thinking this is going to go great with mushroom onion stir fry, basically any kind of veggie. Lots of possibilities for me to think on. YUM!
