High quality product! The lavender is aromatic and gives food a nice ‘flavor pop!’

I want to love this one more than I do, I wanted more lavender flavor from it. I bought this to add to bourbon after discovering a delicious lavender whiskey in KY. Blushing Blossoms is made with the super amazing pyramid salt so it dissolves beautifully, I've tried it in my coffee and my bourbon and each time wanted more lavender. If you use it in a more delicate way it might be perfect - I'm just not delicate :) The flowers do make for good pretty so maybe a focaccia?
