I don't eat or cook lamb but when I read the ingredients I had to have this. So far I've put it on salmon -- fabulous! Made chili with it -- fabulous! The husband raved. Can't think of much you couldn't use this on but I would caution that it's quite potent so don't get too heavy handed. Also the jar is packed full so careful when opening it -- it's stuffed to the brim! Yay!
