For a quick treat, closer to a traditional Italian Ice, try this instant recipe:
- add 3 cups ice to a powerful blender
- then pour the entire contents of the container over the ice and blend on high 4-5 mins or until smooth
- using a spoon, scoop the Italian frozen treat back into container and enjoy instantly
For a creamy texture, closer to gelato or ice cream, try the freeze for later recipe:
- add 8 ounces milk to blender
- then pour the entire contents of the container into the milk and blend on high for 2 mins or until smooth
- pour liquid mix back into container, freeze for several hours and enjoy later
