I placed an order for christmas gifts and the company generously gave me a small jar of the holy moly seasoning. I used it on some flank steak and barbecued it. I was shocked how the seasoning alone gave it such an authentic carne asada flavor! I have made carne asada before using a lot of marinating ingredients and it did not taste as good. I also used the Holy Moly on chicken breast and didn’t need to add any other seasoning. Once again, the Hoky Moly didn’t disappoint! I liked this seasoning so much that I recently ordered a full sized jar. I can’t wait to try this on fish to make fish tacos. I’m sure it will be amazing! I cannot stop raving about my positive experiences with Saltopia. This will be my go to gift for many years to come!
