For a creamy texture, closer to gelato or ice cream, try the freeze for later recipe:

• add 8 ounces milk to blender
• then pour the entire contents of the container into the milk and blend on high for 2 mins or until smooth
• pour liquid mix back into container, freeze for several hours & enjoy later
