I'm sure it's on me for not realizing this Flake Sea Salt isn't FLAKY Sea Salt. We'll use it but now I'm still out of flakes.

This has replaced my everyday salt. The flake dissolves and adds the perfect amount of saltiness that is consistent with every bite.
