Mustards offer a wide range of flavors, from sweet to tangy. We've created this infusion based off the popular "Dijon-style" mustard. The flavor profile was originally created in France and tastes sharp with solid garlic and white wine undertones. This beautiful infusion can be used across so many dishes from chicken & pork to vegetables and seafoods. Salmon is one of our favorite dishes to pair with this flavor!

My favorite ingredient for anything

Thanks for your wonderful blends and imaginative concoctions. I am a fan of not only your products but of your overall philosophy of fun, food and shared adventures in tastes is the spice of life. I wholeheartedly agree! We are friends without even meeting! Only problem is that sometimes the product hardens like a rock and can't be retrieved from the bottle. Had to throw a couple away because of that. Case in point is my experience with Best of the Worcest. It is like a solitaty block in the bottle, can't scrape it out. Still have it can't bring myself to throw it out. That is one of the reasons i don't venture into trying other varieties because of the risk. i just buy my tried and true Mustard and use it liberally. You get 5 stars no matter what

Hi John!! I just loved reading this... We are definitely friends without meeting!! Wonderful!! Thank you so much for your support, reviews and feedback!! To be very honest – it's a sticky situation being a truly chemical-FREE company!! Without the use of anticaking agents or pouring agents (harsh chemicals) - some of our flavors indeed get sticky, especially in humid climates. Some of the sticky culprits, I tried to discontinue altogether, but I had a lot of customers super upset about not being able to purchase their favorites despite the sticky salt issues. Always know we will replace any item that becomes sticky without questions. We always want our customers to be able to enjoy every pinch! I was given a small jar of the Mustard Been Love salts for Christmas a year ago, but didn't get around to using it until this past summer ~ I now use it almost every day ~ and just bought the large jar, both for me and to give "tastes" away to friends so they can learn what I know: it is the best seasoning around! I use it with roasting vegetables, in salad dressings, scrambled eggs and mixed with panko crumbs as a topping on fish. That little bit of mustard flavor gives a delicious zip to everything I have tried so far- I can't imagine it not improving almost anything I cook! (well, except brownies...and cookies...and cake...but everything else!)

The taste of this salt is absolutely amazing. On top of a steak, on top of chicken, and just mixed in any dish adds an extra flavor. Great combination of flavors!
