I should have paid closer attention to the ingredients. When I went open it to use some, I noticed that one of the ingredients was Wheat. Since my wife has Ciliac Disease, I can't use it on anything that I make.

Happy end of summer to you!! I just read your review and I truly apologize that the KOREAN BBQ product does indeed contain wheat/soy. My mom has Ciliac Disease terribly – she can’t even have the smallest slice of cake on her birthday (unless its gluten free, of course)!! So trust me, growing up with an Italian mom who has Ciliac Disease, I know all too well about the allergies and how sick it can make a person. Please allow me to replace the item for you with something you’d prefer instead? I can also look into making you a specific blend that is indeed gluten free. Let me know and I will absolutely do my best to provide you with a product that you can enjoy!!

I used this with a stir fry and it has such a delicious, savory flavor. I also used it grilling pork chops and it was outstanding!!

This salt is so damn good!!! We have a butcher down the street that produces japanese cuts to all the restaurants in the area and we go buy their meats for special occasions, it's not the same if we don't sprinkle this salt over the meats. So delicious!!!
If you haven't tried this delicious salt, you have to give it a try! Love it on chicken and pork. Great for veggies and salads too. I love it on a hard boiled egg as well. Great flavor
