This is my weeknight hero dish. Everything comes together in one pan in under 40 minutes, and the SALTOPIA MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC Garlic Salt does so much of the heavy lifting on flavor — I barely need any other seasoning. The creamy sun-dried tomato sauce is absolutely dreamy.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- SALTOPIA MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC Garlic Salt, to season
- 1 tsp SALTOPIA KITCHEN'S KEEPER Italian Herbs & Garlic Salt
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken generously on both sides with SALTOPIA MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC Garlic Salt, KITCHEN'S KEEPER Italian Herbs & Garlic Salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted, about 1–2 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer for 3–4 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve over pasta, rice, or crusty bread. 🍋🌿
