Thai Salad with Korean BBQ Salt

I love making this salad when I want something fresh, vibrant, and packed with bold flavor — no cooking required! The SALTOPIA Korean BBQ Salt brings that smoky-savory punch that ties everything together beautifully.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas, halved
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 orange, freshly squeezed
  • Juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp SALTOPIA Korean BBQ Salt, plus more to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep all your vegetables and add them to a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, fresh orange juice, lime juice, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
  4. Season with SALTOPIA Korean BBQ Salt and toss again.
  5. Top with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld. 🥗

💡 Tip: Add rice noodles or shredded rotisserie chicken to make this a full meal!
