I love making this salad when I want something fresh, vibrant, and packed with bold flavor — no cooking required! The SALTOPIA Korean BBQ Salt brings that smoky-savory punch that ties everything together beautifully.

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas, halved
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Juice of 1 orange, freshly squeezed
- Juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp SALTOPIA Korean BBQ Salt, plus more to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prep all your vegetables and add them to a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, fresh orange juice, lime juice, and sesame oil.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.
- Season with SALTOPIA Korean BBQ Salt and toss again.
- Top with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes to let the flavors meld. 🥗
