Capers are cured in a sea salt brine, so they already have a lovely salty and tangy taste. They taste similar to olives but not as bitter. We love this infusion for pasta, chicken and Mediterranean dishes. It's a beautiful compliment to Ceasar salads but try it with a glug of olive oil for bread dipping.
