Pinot Noir wine is a classic and globally recognized favorite from the family of red wines. Pinot Noir originated in the Burgundy region of France over 2000 years ago. Since its inception, the wine has been shaped by the cultural, economic, and environmental differences around the world. We love sipping this beautiful wine for it's generally light-bodied, fruit-forward character, showcasing flavors such as cherry, strawberry, and raspberry. It's also a brilliant wine to cook with, which is why we created this Pinot Noir infused dry rub.
For grilling: Rub the infused blend on food up to an hour before cooking. The flavors will penetrate into the meats, vegetables, or other ingredients, creating a flavorful crust once grilled. For seasoning: Sprinkle while cooking or as a finishing seasoning to preferred taste.
