Sauvignon Blanc wine originated in the Loire Valley of France, a region known for its diverse landscapes and extremely fertile vineyards. The grape's name translates to "Wild White." The grapes adaptable nature has allowed it to thrive in various climates and regions around the world. Sauvignon Blanc typically tastes like a blend of bright citrus, herbaceous, and sometimes tropical notes, with a refreshing, zesty character. It's known for its high acidity and light body, making it a crisp and dry white wine. This wine adds those same fresh flavor elements while cooking, which is why we created this Sauvignon Blanc seasoning.
For grilling: Rub the infused blend on food up to an hour before cooking. The flavors will penetrate into the meats, vegetables, or other ingredients, creating a flavorful crust once grilled. For seasoning: Sprinkle while cooking or as a finishing seasoning to preferred taste.
