Cabernet Sauvignon - Wine Infused Seasoning
Cabernet Sauvignon is an international grape produced in virtually every major winemaking region globally, although the wine originated in France—more specifically the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Cabernet Sauvignon typically tastes like a mix of dark fruits, herbal notes, and oaky spices. The wine is full-bodied, robust and often exhibits flavors of blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, and sometimes green bell pepper or cedar. Tannins give it a drying sensation, and oak aging can add vanilla, spice, and coffee notes. It's also a beautiful wine to cook with particularly for dishes that benefit from its bold flavor and rich structure, which is why we created this Cabernet Sauvignon seasoning.
For grilling: Rub the infused blend on food up to an hour before cooking. The flavors will penetrate into the meats, vegetables, or other ingredients, creating a flavorful crust once grilled. For seasoning: Sprinkle while cooking or as a finishing seasoning to preferred taste.
