This recipe is one of those weeknight heroes — fast, bold, and absolutely packed with flavor. The sweet heat of our Hot Honey salt pairs perfectly with the deep, savory punch of Garlic Salt: MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC to create a sticky, glossy glaze that clings to every shrimp. Serve it over rice, toss it into tacos, or pile it on a crusty roll — it works every way.

Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp SALTOPIA Hot Honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp SALTOPIA Garlic Salt: MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC
- Fresh chives & sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Cooked rice or crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season lightly with MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter until foamy.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant — don't let it burn!
- Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and just curled.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and Hot Honey salt. Toss to coat and let the glaze bubble and thicken for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley or chives, and serve immediately over rice or with crusty bread.
