Cabernet Wine Rub Roasted Mushroom Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp SALTOPIA Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Infused Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Fresh arugula for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss mushrooms with olive oil and Cabernet Sauvignon seasoning.
  2. Roast mushrooms on a sheet pan for 12–15 minutes until golden and caramelized.
  3. Spread ricotta over flatbreads, top with mozzarella and roasted mushrooms.
  4. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with fresh arugula before serving.
