
A SALTOPIA recipe featuring Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Infused Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
- 2 tbsp SALTOPIA Cabernet Sauvignon Wine Infused Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Pat steaks dry and coat generously with olive oil. Press the Cabernet Sauvignon seasoning onto both sides.
- Let steaks rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Mix butter, rosemary, thyme, and garlic into a compound butter. Set aside.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat until smoking. Sear steaks 3–4 min per side for medium-rare.
- Top each steak with a dollop of herb butter immediately off the heat. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
