Sweet, smoky, salty, and earthy all at once — this Grilled Peach & Prosciutto Pizza is summer on a crust. SALTOPIA's God Father parmesan black truffle seasoning is the finishing touch that takes this from great to unforgettable.
Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 2–4
Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade), room temperature
- 2 ripe but firm peaches, pitted and sliced into wedges
- 3–4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup whole milk ricotta
- ½ cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
- 2 tbsp honey, for drizzling
- 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for brushing
- Fresh arugula, for topping
- Fresh basil leaves, for topping
- 1–1½ tsp SALTOPIA God Father Parmesan Black Truffle Seasoning, to finish
- Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat. Brush peach slices lightly with olive oil and grill for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized with grill marks. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (or keep the grill going if cooking the pizza on the grill). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll the dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Brush the dough with olive oil. Dollop the ricotta evenly across the surface, then scatter the mozzarella over the top.
- Bake (or grill with the lid closed) for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from heat. Immediately layer on the grilled peaches and prosciutto slices.
- Top with fresh arugula and basil. Drizzle generously with honey.
- Finish with a generous pinch of SALTOPIA God Father seasoning over the entire pizza. Add fresh cracked black pepper to taste.
- Slice and serve immediately.
🍍 Pro Tip: The God Father's parmesan and black truffle notes are bold — a little goes a long way. Sprinkle it on right after the pizza comes out of the oven so the heat blooms the truffle aroma. Don't skip the honey drizzle; the sweet-savory contrast is everything!
