Sauvignon Blanc Grilled Chicken with Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp SALTOPIA Sauvignon Blanc Wine Infused Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Coat chicken breasts and let marinate 20–30 minutes.
  2. Pat chicken dry and press Sauvignon Blanc seasoning generously onto both sides.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  4. Rest 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
