The Only Margarita Recipe You Need for a Party
Fresh lime juice. Good tequila. A homemade simple syrup. And a salted rim that actually adds flavor instead of just looking pretty.
The secret is TWISTED SISTAZ Lemon & Lime Infused Sea Salt — a bright, citrus-forward blend that amplifies every sip of the margarita before it even hits your tongue. This recipe makes a full pitcher, so it's built for sharing.
🍹 Ingredients
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 cups tequila
- 1 cup triple sec or Grand Marnier
- 2 cups simple syrup (see below)
- Cracked ice cubes
- Lime wedges, for rimming
- SALTOPIA TWISTED SISTAZ Lemon & Lime Infused Sea Salt, for the rim
Simple Syrup:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
👩🍳 Directions
- Make the simple syrup. Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be made days ahead.)
- Prep the glasses. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge, then dip into a shallow dish of TWISTED SISTAZ. Set aside.
- Mix the pitcher. In a large pitcher, combine lime juice, tequila, and triple sec or Grand Marnier. Add the chilled simple syrup and stir well.
- Serve. Add ice cubes and pour into your prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!
✨ Pro Tip
Make the simple syrup and mix the pitcher base (without ice) up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate. When guests arrive, just add ice and rim the glasses — party-ready in under 2 minutes. 🎉
