Sweet, Savory & Ready in 30 Minutes
This maple glazed pork tenderloin is one of those recipes that looks impressive and tastes incredible — but comes together in under 30 minutes. The secret is the combination of MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC Garlic Salt and SUGAR SHACK Maple Infused Sugar on the pork, finished with an apple cider and maple syrup glaze that’s pure fall on a plate.
🍖 Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb)
- ¼ teaspoon SALTOPIA MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC Garlic Salt
- 1 tablespoon SALTOPIA SUGAR SHACK Maple Infused Sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ cup apple cider
- ¼ cup maple syrup
👩🍳 Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. If your tenderloin is too long for your skillet, cut it in half — no problem.
- Sprinkle MOUTH FULL OF MAGIC and SUGAR SHACK evenly over the tenderloin.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking pan and roast until a thermometer reads 145°F — about 12–15 minutes for this size.
- While the pork roasts, return to the skillet and add apple cider and maple syrup. Stir regularly over medium heat and cook uncovered until reduced to a glaze consistency, about 5 minutes. Watch it carefully — don’t let it bubble over or overcook.
- Remove pork from oven, slice, and finish with the glaze before serving.
✨ Pro Tip
This is an excellent fall flavor — but it works year-round. The apple cider glaze also pairs beautifully with bone-in pork chops if you want to switch it up.
