
A SALTOPIA recipe featuring Sauvignon Blanc Wine Infused Seasoning

Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
- 1½ tbsp SALTOPIA Sauvignon Blanc Wine Infused Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat cod fillets dry and season both sides with Sauvignon Blanc seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear cod 3–4 minutes per side until golden and flaky. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallots and cook 2 minutes. Add capers and lemon juice, swirl to combine.
- Spoon caper butter over cod fillets and garnish with fresh parsley.
